The Dayanand Social Security Scheme launched by Govt. has been appreciated and availed by all walks of life in Goa. How Govt. has increased the assistance from Rs.1000/- to Rs.2000/- per month.
Hon’ble MLA of Porvorim Constituency Shri. Rohan Khaunte has distributed around 24 Cheques on DSSS to the Sr. Citizens of Porvorim on 22-08-2012 along with a Bottle of Waterbury’s Compound a compliment from the MLA. All the beneficiaries have now received Revised assistance of Rs.2,000/- each. While emphasizing the issue he said that the people of all walks of life need to take benefit of various schemes launched by Govt. Any assistance required by the citizens, they may approach my office to get all assistance. He also emphasized that just the other day he has distributed a “Proforma on Welfare of Porvorim” and each one has to fill this form and return to us. This will help us to extend the kind of services required by my voters. There is also a helpline number the people need to call on this number for any assistance required by them and our people will take care for fulfilling their needs and requirements very quickly.
