We devised a plan in which the residents would pile the garden waste such as leaves, twigs, coconut shells etc outside their households. Every month a truck would make a trip to collect it. A part of it would then be used for agricultural purposes and the rest would be recycled in a proper manner. A simple solution to a big problem!
